Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Concurrent medication; 3. Having sleep disorder; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious illness or unstable physical condition; 2. Severe cognitive impairment, MMSE < 10; 3. Unable to communicate normally.
