Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference and confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. The first onset; 3. The patient is admitted within 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of tumor, severe infection, autoimmune disease or severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
