Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) was diagnosed according to WHO criteria 1; 3. The time from the onset of illness outside the hospital to the arrival at the hospital is within 7 days, including 7 days; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Silent cerebral infarction without symptoms and signs; 2. Non-cerebrovascular events; 3. Those who refuse to participate in the registration survey.
