Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients eligible for surgical treatment, and pathologically diagnosed as lung cancer after surgery; 2. Aged > 60 years; 3. Active state Karnfsky (KPS) score >= 60 points, expected survival time > 6 months; 4. The cognitive function is normal and can cooperate with rehabilitation training; 5. Have not participated in similar research before; 6. Agree to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe physical impairment and unable to cooperate with training; 2. Patients with severe mental disorders; 3. Diabetic patients; 4. Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Those with immune system diseases or coagulation disorders; 7. Patients with severe complications after operation; 8. Those who cannot complete the assessment due to some reasons.
