Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy/pulmonary wedge resection; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. ASA I or II level; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of opioid allergy; 2. Previous history of nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia and abnormal recovery from anesthesia; 3. Abnormal liver and kidney function before operation (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine, and blood urea nitrogen exceed twice the normal value); 4. Those who cannot communicate normally with others, cannot understand VAS scores, and cannot use analgesic pumps (press when VAS scores >= 3); 5. Use sedatives, antiemetics, and antipruritic drugs within 24 hours before operation; 6. Long-term use of analgesics or antipsychotic drugs (including opioids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, sedatives, antidepressants, etc.) due to chronic pain or mental and nervous system diseases; 7. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
