Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Brain CT or MRI confirmed ischemic stroke; 2. Aged >= 20 years; 3. GCS > 12 points; 4. NIHSS = 24 hours during hospitalization (bed rest means that the basic activities of the patient, such as eating and excreting, are carried out in bed except for going out for examination, treatment needs, active or passive standing beside the bed or riding a wheelchair); 9. Accompanied by relatives or nurses during the hospitalization period, and did not change halfway; 10. No transfer or transfer to intensive care unit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, respiratory failure, renal failure, decompensated liver function, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding combined with cerebral hemorrhage infectious diseases; 2. Combined with intracranial tumor, craniocerebral trauma, arteriovenous malformation; 3. History of stroke or major trauma in the past 3 months; 4. Suffering from neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect functional recovery; 5. Suffering from serious mental illness; 6. Pregnant women or during pregnancy; 7. Lung infection, urinary system infection, acute and chronic diarrhea, pressure sore, visual space defect, ataxia, Parkinson's disease and other diseases existed before hospitalization.
