Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016), Hoehn-Yahr grade I-III; 2. Stable condition within 4 weeks before randomization (confirmed no acute exacerbation and related drug changes); 3. The patient is 60-75 years old; 4. Can cooperate to complete relevant assessment and testing; 5. No severe cognitive impairment: MOCA score of at least 18 points; 6. Subejects and family members are willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious bone, joint and muscle diseases, heart, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases or mental illness; 2. Patients with severe language, vision and hearing impairment; 3. In the past 1 year, have suffered from other serious diseases that may affect motor ability or cognitive function; 4. Have traditional training experience in the past; 5. Undergoing other clinical trials.
