Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18F-FDG PET/CT examination is clinically required, and CT shows pulmonary nodules within 2 weeks before the examination; 2. The CT diagnosis of pulmonary nodules is suspicious of malignancy or its nature is to be determined; 3. Voluntarily participate in the prospective study and sign the informed consent; 4. There was no treatment for pulmonary nodules before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years old; 2. Pregnant patients; 3. Nodules larger than 30 mm; 4. Lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis.
