Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The AD group complies with the "Possible Alzheimer's Disease" diagnostic criteria of the National Institute of Neurology and Speech Disorders and Stroke, and the Alzheimer's and Related Diseases Association (NINCDS-ADRDA) criteria; 2. Aged > 60 years; 3. Hachinski ischemic index < 4 points; 4. CT or MRI to exclude vascular diseases and other brain diseases; 5. Hearing and vision have no obvious obstacles, and can cooperate to complete the scale evaluation; 6. The control group is physically fit and has normal cognitive function after assessment; 7. Complete clinical data, obtain the consent of patients and family members, and voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney function and cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Patients with other mental disorders such as depression; 3. Patients with dementia due to vascular dementia or other causes; 4. Malignant tumor patients.
