Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed essential hypertension: newly diagnosed patients with hypertension, the mean office systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg for 3 times on a different day, or hypertensive patients undergoing antihypertensive treatment; 3. Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized due to acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris, the degree of coronary angiography stenosis is greater than 50%; 2. Have performed revascularization surgery (PCI or CABG); 3. Acute or chronic heart failure. 4. Valvular heart disease, dilated or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease and congenital heart disease; 5. Diabetes; 6. patients with severe liver or kidney disease or on dialysis; 7. Serum creatinine > 221 mol / L (> 2.5 mg / dl); 8. History of malignant tumor; 9. Infection, diarrhea and taking anti-inflammatory drugs in the past week; 10.Various inflammatory diseases.
