Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing PFNA under general anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Aged 65 to 85 years; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists grade I-III; 4. Preoperative visual analog pain score = 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can't communicate in language; 2. Body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2; 3. Known drug allergy; 4. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Opioid addiction or dependence; 6. Cognitive impairment; 7. Recognized neuromuscular diseases; 8. Nerve block and local infection; 9. Operation time > 2 hours.
