Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. Patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital and planning to undergo ultrasound-guided nerve block; 3. ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate; 2. Unable to cooperate or to be in the desired position; 3. Abnormal function of target nerve; 4. History of surgery at the site to be scanned; 5. Local wound or infection; 6. Ultrasound couplant allergy.
