Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited to patients with diabetic foot ulcers between 18 years old and 80 years old. 2. Open ulcer exists for at least four weeks. After routine treatment in the hospital for at least two weeks (including foot decompression, thorough debridement, anti-infection, etc.), the ulcer area is 2 ~ 30cm2. If there are two or more ulcers, the ulcer with the largest eligible site shall be selected; if the area is the same, choose the ulcer with longer duration; 3. Systemic or local ulcer infection and osteomyelitis were basically controlled; 4. ABI (ankle brachial index) = 0.6 or color Doppler ultrasound of lower limb artery did not indicate severe stenosis or occlusion on the affected side; 5. Blood glucose control is reasonable; 6. Not used within three months before screening ß Receptor blockers or ß Receptor agonists or doses were not adjusted; 7. No immunosuppressants were used; 8. No mental disorders; 9. Good compliance, did not participate in clinical trials of other new drugs in recent three months, voluntarily participated in this study, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypersensitivity to timolol maleate eye drops or any component of the product; 2. Grade II or III atrioventricular block, cardiogenic shock, apparent heart failure, sinus bradycardia; 3. Active or previous bronchial asthma; 4. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 5. Ulcers are caused by special infections such as malignant tumors, radiation injury, severe limb ischemia, tuberculosis, fungi and tetanus; 6. The target ulcer forms sinus with other lesions and debridement cannot be performed; 7. Hemoglobin = 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg; 12. Severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine > 200µmol/L or estimated creatinine clearance rate < 15 ml/min); 13. Patients with obvious abnormal liver function (patients whose serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase level is 2.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal); 14. All types of diabetic coma; 15. Patients with malignant tumor or suspected malignant tumor (physical examination, abdominal ultrasound, chest X-ray, blood chemistry, etc.); 16. People suffering from immunodeficiency diseases, such as HIV (HIV) infection; 17. Alcoholics or drug abusers within 12 months before screening, especially methadone or heroin patients; 18. Patients with mental illness or Alzheimer's disease that hinders treatment or evaluation; 19. Pregnant or lactating female patients, or male or female patients who plan to be pregnant during the study period and are unwilling to take contraceptive measures during treatment; 20. Participants in any other clinical trial within three months.
