Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of chronic refractory wound: wound healing time >= 4 weeks or healing shrinkage <= 10% - 15% / week; 2. The age ranged from 18 to 75 years; 3. The patient was informed of the study content and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancerous wound; 2. Exposure of blood vessels or nerves in the wound; 3. Received radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4. Unconsciousness.
