Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anterolateral thigh flap transplantation were accepted in the department of burn plastic surgery, and the width of the donor incision is larger than 4cm and smaller than 6.5 cm; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form to participate in this clinical trial, and can cooperate to complete long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of keloid or scar constitution; 2. Poor general condition can not be operated for a long time; 3. Unable to understand this study and its possible risks; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Suffer from other basic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes and so on.
