61 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years and over; 2. ASA II to III; 3. Surgical patients undergoing elective intubation under general anesthesia; 4. Patients were scheduled to be sent to a recovery room for resuscitation and tracheal tube removal after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure >= 110mmHg); 2. Patients with difficult airway; 3. Patiens with adrenocortical hypofunction; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung or kidney disease; 5. Patients with severe anemia, shock, metabolic disease, electrolyte disorder; 6. Patients who can't communicate; 7. Patients with alcoholism or drug abuse; 8. Patients with gastric retention or delayed gastric emptying; 9. Patients who abuse hormones or narcotic analgesics; 10. Patients who were allergic to the drugs under study; 11. Patients requiring controlled hypotension or pressure boost during surgery.
