65 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II grade; 2. Age >= 65 years old; 3. No respiratory and circulatory diseases before surgery; 4. No use may affect hemodynamics and other unauthorized drugs before operation; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Suffering from neuromuscular metabolic disease; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics and muscle relaxants; 4. Failure to sign informed consent; 5. Difficulty in postoperative follow-up; 6. There was an accident during the operation (including hemodynamic disturbance, poor nerve block effect, etc.).
