Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5 to 12 years, no gender limitation; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Children undergoing microtia repair under elective general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation; 4. Signed informed consent with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mouth opening < 2.5 cm; 2. Neck scar or severe neck adhesion; 3. Limited movement of cervical vertebra or mandible due to various diseases; 4. Previous history of airway surgery; 5. Abnormal anatomical structure near the airway after surgery or radiotherapy; 6. Unable to cooperate; 7. Reject the operation.
