12 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 12 to 30 years old; 2. Early osteoarthritis: CBCT shows surface erosion/destruction and/or cortical discontinuity; 3. Using DC / TMD diagnostic criteria and MRI, the patients were diagnosed with acute anterior disc displacement without reduction or anterior disc displacement with reduction; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of systematic joint diseases (eg, rheumatoid arthritis); 2. Presence of acute synovitis or suppurative TMJ arthritis; 3. Systematic disorders; 4. Presence of psychological distress including anxiety and depression; 5. History of TMJ surgery.
