Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 2. The tumor diameter was completely recorded by high-resolution color ultrasound before surgery, and the maximum tumor diameter was <= 1cm; 3. Papillary thyroid carcinoma was confirmed by preoperative puncture examination or intraoperative freezing pathology; 4. Surgical treatment of thyroid cancer for the first time; 5. The results of laboratory examination before enrollment met the surgical conditions and there were no contraindications; 6. Patients participated voluntarily with good compliance and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, brain, lung, renal insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction and other reasons who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Distant metastasis of tumor (lung, bone, etc.); 3. The patient has a history of previous neck surgery or radiotherapy; 4. Pregnant women and mental patients.
