Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Agd 18 years and over; 2. ASA grade I - III; 3. Selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative conversion to open surgery; 2. Those who do not cooperate with data collection; 3. Patients with severe perioperative complications (including severe cardiovascular disease or severe hepatic or renal insufficiency); 4. Patients with past history of opioid abuse or tolerance and related drug allergy, or recent use of antipsychotic drugs, alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. Speech communication disorder or hearing impairment.
