45 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 85 years, no sex limitation; 2. Carotid b-ultrasound report Carotid artery stenosis in rcent 3 months; 3. Years of education >= 6 years, able to complete all scale tests; 4. Right-handedness; 5. No contraindication of MRI scanning; 6. Knowing the content of the study, willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disease (e.g. heart failure) in the past 5 years; 2. Other dementia-related neurological disorder (infection, tumor, poisoning, etc.) or mental illness (depression, anxiety, etc.) within the previous 2 years; 3. CDR, MMSE, MoCA did not reach the degree of dementia; other severe cognitive impairment; 4. Previous severe cerebral infarction affecting social function, NIHSS score < 5; 5. Speech impairment, severe visual and hearing impairment; 6. There are some personal habits that interfere with the assessment of cognitive function, such as alcoholism, drug abuse, and psychotropic substance abuse; 7. There have been previous iron metabolism disorders related diseases, such as hereditary hemochromatosis, iron deficiency anemia, etc.
