18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IBD test group: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, no gender restrictions; 2. Patients diagnosed with IBD by colonoscopy, histopathological examination and imaging examination. (1) Remission: CDAI 1; (2) Mild activity: CDAI 5-7; Ulcerative colitis with Mayo Risk score 3-5; (3) Moderate activity: CDAI 8-16; Ulcerative colitis has a Mayo risk score of 6-10; (4) Severe activity: CDAI >= 16. Ulcerative colitis Mayo Risk score 11-12. Control group: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, no gender restrictions; 2. Healthy people with no significant lesions by colonoscopy and patients diagnosed with colonic polyps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from other digestive system diseases, respiratory system diseases, immune system diseases, blood system diseases, diabetes, kidney diseases and other metabolic diseases, and malignant tumors.
