Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fall injury; 2. Aged 65 years and older; 3. Unilateral hip fracture, AFHR or PFNA surgery; 4. Hip and chest CT scans; 5. No motor dysfunction of lower limbs before injury; 6. No history of coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, stroke and other basic diseases; 7. First hip fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cause of injury: traffic accident; 2. Multiple fractures; 3. congenital or acquired hip dysplasia; 4. Preoperative dysfunction of lower limbs; 5. complicated with serious underlying diseases; 6. Pathological fracture; 7. Non-AFHR or PFNA operation; 8. Patients treated conservatively; 9. Chest CT examination was not performed.
