Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From November 2020 to November 2021, patients aged 60-80 years old and of both sexes who underwent elective hip replacement in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University; 2. The enrolled patients had no underlying diseases, no contraindications of general anesthesia and combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia, no history of allergy to desflurane, sevoflurane, and propofol, and all the four anesthesia methods in this project were applicable, and no history of mental illness; 3.ASA Grade II-III, NYHA grade 1-2 for cardiac function; 4. Voluntarily accept the drug treatment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the test and failure to cooperate with the test before operation; 2. Serious systemic diseases, ASA grade is greater than grade 3; 3. Long-term use of antipsychotics; 4. Have a history of cerebrovascular disease or major neurological dysfunction; 5. The test diagnosis is dementia and/or severe cognitive impairment; 6. In order to ensure that there is no undiagnosed cognitive impairment at baseline, the agreed participants are further screened by FRAIL and MontrealCognitiveAssessment Scale (MoCA Scale), and the scores below the baseline are excluded.
