A (blank group):Preoperative health education and postoperative tracheal extubation time are treated according to traditional treatment
B(Early tracheal extubation group):Patients receive regular health education and treatment. 24 hours after surgery by the liver transplant doctor Health, anesthesiologists, and ICU doctors can extubat
C ("Liuzi Jue" Group):During the waiting period for organ transplantation (before admission/pre-operation), the team professionals will conduct face-to-face collective teaching and training to the pat
D(Early tracheal extubation + "Liuzi Jue" Group):Combination of early tracheal extubation + intervention measures of "Liuzi Jue" exercises

16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage liver disease who are planning to undergo liver transplantation; 2. Aged 16 to 65 years, inclusive; 3. Patients with MELD (Model for End-Stage Liver Disease) score <= 30; 4. The surgical method is orthotopic liver transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have language communication barriers, physical disabilities and unable to train Liuzi Jue; 2. Those who use cardiopulmonary function rehabilitation training methods other than Liuzi Jue; 3. Patients with localized bullae and pneumothorax.
