18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, BMI: 18 to 27; 2. ASA class I-II; 3. Volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the drugs used in this study; 2. Patients with airway difficulty: the modified maiiampati score was grade III or IV; 3. Bradycardia and various conduction block of intracardiac conduction system; 4. With cognitive impairment, mental history and history of psychotropic substance abuse before operation; 5. Acute stage of respiratory diseases, complicated with heart disease, endocrine system diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Patients with abnormal coagulation function, myasthenia gravis and severe depression
