Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral small vascular disease; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of apoplexy; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years, inclusive; no gender limitation; 4. NIHSS score: 3 to 6 points, inclusive; 5. The patient is conscious; the crude determination of the force, attention and memory is basic normal; adhere to the examination and treatment; 6. The patient or legal representative agrees and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients receiving intravenous thrombolysis; 2. Magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) showed obvious stenosis or occlusion of intracranial large vessels; 3. Unable to complete the examination, such as consciousness impairment, hearing impairment, etc.; 4. Suffering from diseases involving central nervous system, such as multiple sclerosis, carbon monoxide poisoning and other causes of white matter abnormalities; 5. Subcortical infarction or watershed infarction, subcortical infarction lesions > 20mm; 6. Hereditary small vascular disease, previous history of cerebral hemorrhage or large area of cerebral infarction, atrial fibrillation; 7. Patients with severe liver and renal insufficiency (note: Liver dysfunction refers to ALT or AST greater than 2 times the normal upper limit; Renal insufficiency (Cr > 2 times normal upper limit), hematopoietic system, tumor and other serious primary diseases and psychiatric patients; 8. MRI scan contraindications or unable to scan; 9. Pregnant or lactating women.
