Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic standards of periarthritis of shoulder in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Orthopaedic Diagnosis and Treatment Routine; 2. Aged 45 to 75 years, no gender restriction; 3. Willing to accept traditional Chinese medicine and acupotomy treatment; 4. Have relevant awareness of the study, and have good compliance with the observation and operation of researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to take other drugs or use other medical equipment during the treatment, which may interfere the evaluation of the curative effect; 2. Recently received other treatments or participated in other trials; 3. Patients whose treatment duration is not fixed or personal identity information is not complete, which will affect the judgment of curative effect; 4. With a tendon injury, cervical vertebra disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture, thrombocytopenic diseases, diabetes, cancer or other local disease leading to shoulder pain patients or comorbidity with cardiomyopathy, stroke, hypertension, kidney disease, tumor, blood, and clotting mechanism dysfunction, abnormal severe life-threatening idiopathic disease such as high fever and secondary symptoms; 5. Women in pregnancy and lactation, seriously ill patients with very weak constitution or elderly patients; 6. People with damaged shoulder skin or allergic constitution and mental patients.
