18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old, male or female; 2. Meet the western diagnostic criteria for ulcerative colitis, and specifically refer to the consensus opinions on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (Beijing, 2018); 3. Mild to moderate active UC confirmed to be recurrent (Mayo Risk score 3-10); 4. Patients can communicate well with researchers; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects in remission or graded as severe; 2. Allergic to Mesalqin or relevant ingredients; 3. Complicated with short bowel syndrome, ostomy, symptomatic intestinal stenosis, intestinal perforation, abdominal abscess, tumor, toxic megacolon, etc.; 4. Subjects with serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases affecting their survival; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Unable to cooperate in completing the research process; 7. Participated in other clinical research within the past 3 months; 8. SUbjects not suitable to participate in this study judged by the doctor.
