Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 69 years; 2. Healthy without history of cardiovascular and neuromuscular disorders; 3. BMI < 28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal or neurological impairments limiting the capacity to undertake the exercise and testing of the study; 2. Not comfortable with occlusion equipment; 3. Having a long-term habit of regular exercise before the study; 4. had participated in Tai Chi Chuan training before the study;
