Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. CT or MRI confirmed stroke (including ischemic and hemorrhagic); 3. Decreased function in any cognitive domain appears and persists 3-6 months after stroke; 4. Montreal cognitive assessment (Montreal cognitive assessment, MoCA) score is <22; 5. All signed the informed consent for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment or other neurological diseases that cause cognitive decline in the past, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome; 2. Concurrent with other serious physical diseases, with metal implants such as pacemakers installed in the body; 3. Those with severe visual, hearing and language impairments, pregnant or breastfeeding patients; 4. Consciousness disturbance, history of severe mental illness, history of severe epilepsy, etc.; 5. Received tDCS treatment.
