Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Frozen embryo transfer is planned; 2. The woman should complete the vaccination of 2 doses of Beijing Biotech (Sinopharm Group China Bio-Beijing Biological Products Research Institute Co., Ltd., 0.5ml/piece) or Kexing Zhongwei (Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., 0.5ml/piece) inactivated vaccine within 7 days to 6 months before the planned frozen embryo transfer according to the prescribed immunization procedures, and the new crown antibody test IgG is positive; 3. Aged 25-35 years; 4. BMI 18-25Kg/m^2; 5. At least 2 cryopreserved embryos of grade 3 or higher quality; 6. Transfer 1-2 frozen embryos; 7. Subjects were informed and signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated uterine diseases that clearly affect the shape of the uterine cavity (such as uterine malformation, intrauterine adhesions, uterine submucosal fibroids or uterine fibroids compressing the uterine cavity, moderate to severe endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc.); 2. Untreated severe acute infection of reproductive system (such as pelvic inflammatory disease) or other systemic infection; 3. Combined with other systemic diseases related to adverse pregnancy outcomes (such as hypertension, diabetes, abnormal thyroid function, heart disease, severe anemia, abnormal liver and kidney function, autoimmune diseases, severe endocrine disorders, etc.); 4. Either one of the couple has chromosomal abnormalities, a history of adverse pregnancy or family history; 5. History of at least 3 previous embryo transfer (ET) failures (including fresh cycle and frozen cycle); 6. The endometrium is too thin (<7mm) on the day of transplantation; 7. Other investigators deem it inappropriate to be included in the study.
