Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The children are not limited by gender, aged 3-7 years, ASA grade 1-2; 2. Tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectomy; 3. Children and parents voluntarily tested and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>25kg/m^2; 2. Children with growth retardation; 3. Children with psychological or nervous system dysfunction; 4. The child's airway is abnormal or the airway is in a hypersensitivity reaction period; 5. History of general anesthesia surgery; 6. Those who have a history of allergies or are allergic to the study drug; 7. History of chronic pain or recent use of sedative and analgesic drugs.
