18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The gestational age is 11-13 weeks; 3. Informed and written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious fetal abnormalities were found in the first trimester; 2. Serious illness; 3. Those with eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma, severe opacity of refractive medium; 4. Pregnant patients with dyslexia or serious mental illness; 5. Any other reason that the investigator believes would prevent potential participants from adhering to the trial protocol.
