18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years, no gender restrictions; 2. Patients who underwent transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection by the same skilled neurosurgeon (to avoid operator-related bias); 3. Patients with ASA classification II-III; 4. Patients with pituitary adenomas (to avoid any effect of brain tumors on stress response).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in or cannot cooperate with the trial due to neuropsychiatric diseases. 2. Patients with primary hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. 3. Patients with factors that affect the circadian rhythm of cortisol, such as sleep disturbances or use of psychiatric drugs.
