Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis and treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia in children (2019 edition), the diagnosis is confirmed as primary ITP, excluding secondary ITP and other congenital and tumor thrombocytopenia; 2. Aged 1 month - 18 years; 3. Diagnosis time: January 2010 to December 2020; 4. Follow-up for more than 1 year, and at least 3 follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is no curative effect index; 2. Concurrently suffer from other diseases that may affect hormone reduction (such as systemic lupus erythematosus).
