Combined anesthesia group:Combined topical anesthesia by injecting 2% lidocaine 1-2 ml into the milk duct after applying lidocaine cream to the nipple-areola complex
Single anesthesia group:Single topical anesthesia with lidocaine injected into the milk duct

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-60 years; 2. Female; 3. Single-hole nipple discharge; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ipsilateral breast surgery; 2. Those who are mentally ill or unable to comply for other reasons; 3. Patients taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antidepressants, sedatives and other drugs that may affect pain sensitivity.
