Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=12 years, ASA classification I-III; 2. Patients undergoing tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3. In line with ethics, the patients were tested voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to communicate effectively with researchers; 2. Those who have serious organic diseases such as brain, heart, liver and kidney; 3. Suspected of long-term use or abuse of narcotic sedative analgesics; 4. Patients with contraindications or allergies to related drugs and methods; 5. Emergency surgery.
