Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-6 months after onset, conscious, CASI score of cognitive function assessment is above 20, can cooperate with interactive scalp acupuncture treatment and resting state fMRI and DTI detection; 2. The initial onset, hemiplegia of the right limb, Brunnstrom stage of the right limb is 3 (upper limb, hand, lower limb); 3. Patients aged 50-60 years, all male patients; 4. All patients are right-handed; 5. Single infarct, the infarct area is 8-10cm^2; 6. TCM syndrome differentiation is the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis; 7. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute onset, exacerbation or unstable vital signs; 2. Combined sensory aphasia, severe dementia, mental illness, etc. who cannot cooperate with treatment; 3. Patients with secondary post-stroke depression, epilepsy, etc. that may interfere with the results of functional magnetic resonance imaging; 4. Patients with skull defect; 5. Patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases, and there is a greater risk of treatment and detection; 6. Those with cardiac pacemakers, stents, bypass grafts or other metal implants cannot undergo MRI examinations.
