45 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Urinary incontinence symptoms after radical prostatectomy, positive 24h urine pad test; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stress urinary incontinence, that is, involuntary urine flow when the abdominal pressure increases, such as coughing, laughing, sneezing, and exercising; 3. Aged between 45-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Urinary incontinence or other diseases caused by urinary incontinence before surgery, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, etc.; 2. Urethral stricture, urinary tract obstruction, refractory urinary tract infection, hydronephrosis, urinary calculi, tumor; 3. Taking related drugs that affect bladder and urethral function; 4. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction.
