Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of malignant tumor; 3. Those receiving platinum-based chemotherapy; 4. Have received >= 1 course of chemotherapy before enrollment, and plan to receive >= 2 courses of chemotherapy; 5. Those with normal language expression ability and the ability to judge their own situation; 6. Good compliance and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with mechanical obstruction confirmed by gastroscope or gastrointestinal angiography; 2. Have other diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting, such as brain metastasis, hypothyroidism, etc.; 3. Those who cannot determine the curative effect due to incomplete data; 4. Patients with intellectual or mental disorders.
