Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 60 years; 2. Associated with isolated hip fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological or periprosthetic hip fractures or patients with multiple trauma. 2. The presence of craniocerebral disease was suggested by physical examination and head CT. 3. The presence of cognitive decline according to the Global Decline Scale (GDS). 4. Have a history of mental illness. 5. Past history of alcohol and drug abuse. 6. The patient died during the study period.
