Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. According to Tile classification, all pelvis fractures are C1 type fractures, and the unilateral posterior ring has vertical displacement; 3. The vital signs are stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and mental illness; 2. Severe osteoporosis.
