18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with moderate or severe ARDS defined according to Berlin criteria (PaO2/FiO2=5cmH20); 2. Tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation time =18 years and <=85 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial pressure >=30mmHg or cerebral perfusion pressure 20%; 19. There is an underlying disease with a life expectancy of less than 1 year; 20. Previously included in this study; 21. Prone position ventilation was performed before enrollment; 22. Indirect measurement of intra-abdominal pressure>16cmH2O; 23. Immediate family members object to prone position treatment.
