music group:After induction, bring noise reduction headphones and play background music circularly until the patient is awake at the end of the operation
control group:Only wear noise-cancelling headphones after induction

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for radical nephrectomy under general anaesthesia; 2. ASA I or II physical status; 3. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 4. BMI between 18.5 and 24.9; 5. Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with dysuria. 2.Pre-exiting cardiac insufficiency: left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <50%. 3.Pre-exiting hepatic insufficiency: (prothrombin ratio <15%). 4.Pre-exiting renal insufficiency: (eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2 5.Patients with history of mental illness. 6.Patients with history of psychotropic medication usage. 7.History of drug abuse. 8.Pre-operation hypnotic and sedative medication usage.
