18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo pulmonary bullectomy, pulmonary wedge resection, pulmonary lobectomy, and pulmonary segmentectomy under single-port video-assisted thoracoscopy in our hospital; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Body mass index (BMI)<=30 kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II; 5. New York heart function (NYHA) grade I-II; 6. Difficult airway assessment (Mallampatis) grade I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse the surgery or anesthesia option selected in this study; 2. History of previous ipsilateral thoracic surgery; 3. Accompanied by severe acute lung infection or tuberculosis; 4. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5. Preoperative hypoxemia (PaO250mmHg); 6. Those who are expected to have a difficult airway; 7. Preoperative examination showed extensive pleural adhesions; 8. There is a high risk of reflux aspiration before surgery; 9. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary and brain system diseases or coagulation dysfunction.
