Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with primary liver cancer, aged >=18 years; 2. Determine to accept liver resection; 3. Child-Pugh grading before surgery is A or B; 4. The chief surgeons of the operation all have the title of deputy chief physician or above, which can ensure the quality of the operation; 5. Normal cognitive ability, conscious and willing to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infection before surgery; 2. Those who received interventional, immune biological and other treatments before surgery; 3. Metastatic liver cancer, extensive intra-abdominal metastasis of tumor, palliative surgery and radiofrequency ablation; 4. Patients undergoing emergency hepatectomy.
