18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 (including 18 and 80) years; 2. The diagnosis of CD conforms to the 2018 ''Consensus Opinions on Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease''; 3. Patients with moderate to severe active CD (CDAI>=220), and the lesions involve at least the ileum and/or colon; 4. Use ustekinumab for induction and maintenance therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received any type of bowel resection or other abdominal surgery within the past 3 months, or a history of > 3 bowel resections in the past; 2. Severe intestinal stenosis, perforation or fulminant enteritis may require surgery during the study period; 3. History of cancer; 4. In a state of severe infection (combined with clinical and doctor's judgment); 5. Abdominal ultrasound cannot detect the diseased bowel; 6. Pregnancy status.
