Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No obvious abnormality in preoperative pulmonary function test, no respiratory and pulmonary infection; 2. No bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tuberculosis and other pulmonary diseases; 3. ASA grade I-III, cardiac function I-II, all patients had no serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease before operation, and no obvious abnormality in liver and kidney function; 4. No cholinergic receptor antagonists have been used recently; 5. All volunteered to participate in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious endocrine and immune system diseases, etc.; 2. Unable to cooperate with the researcher due to various other reasons; 3. Have a history of allergy to anesthetic drugs or infused fluids; 4. Patients who smoke for a long time.
